Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.  Items must be unused and in original condition.  As the labeled box is an integral part of the Beginner Wool Felting Kits, this must also be in good condition.  All components must be unused and included.  Return shipping is an $8.00 flat rate, with no restocking fee.
